効果はこれからかな。
まだ効果はんかりませんが、飲んでいます。匂いもしにいので、わりと飲みやすいです。大きさはもう少し小さければもっとら飲みやすいです。
糖質をブロック
糖尿病ですが炭水化物を摂るときに飲みます。甘いものを食べる際、私の場合は10錠くらい飲まないと効果を実感できませんが安心してご飯や甘いものを食べれるのが良いです。
カプセルが大きい
常用はしていませんが、外食時など糖質を食べすぎた時に後追いで飲んでいます。体重に反映されていないので効果あるのかも。海外サイズのカプセルは大きいですね。このぐらいは飲めないことはないのでなくなったらリピします。
